I usually run my long run on Saturdays however the OC Marathon race is Sunday. as well as you may like to do your long run on one more day so there are 2 choices – 1 has the days of the week with the long Run on Sat. OR the days are numbered 1-7 as well as you can make your long Run any type of day of the week – just keep them in order so you’re not grouping difficult days together.
